Legal / Acceptable-use policy

Acceptable-use policy

The acceptable-use policy describes how Argus may and may not be used. It applies to every customer and protects every customer on the platform.

You may

Connect platforms you own or have written authorisation to assess. Run scans within your subscribed tier. Use the API to build automation that fits your workflow. Share findings with people who need to know.

You may not

Run Argus against targets you do not own or are not authorised to assess. Use Argus to coordinate attacks. Probe Argus itself outside of a coordinated disclosure agreement. Resell the service without a written reseller agreement.

What we will do if you breach this

We may suspend or terminate access if we believe the policy has been breached. For abuse against third-party systems, we cooperate with affected parties and law enforcement as appropriate.
