Privacy notice

This notice describes how Argus collects, processes and protects personal data. It is written in plain English; the controlling document is held by Mind Hack, Inc. and available on request to legal@argusmesh.app.

What we collect

Account information (name, email, organisation), technical telemetry needed to operate the service (request logs, integration metadata), and any information you choose to share by connecting a platform to Argus. We do not sell personal data, and we do not train AI models on your private data.

Why we collect it

To operate the platform, to detect and respond to security events on your behalf, to support you, to comply with applicable law, and to improve the product. Every processing purpose maps to a documented lawful basis under GDPR.

Who we share it with

Our sub-processors (Google Cloud Platform, Anthropic, DeepSeek, Groq, Stripe via WooPayments). We require sub-processors to meet our data-protection obligations. We do not share personal data with third parties for advertising or marketing.

Where data lives

Primary region: Google Cloud Platform us-central1. Some sub-processors may process data outside your region under standard contractual clauses.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion or export of your personal data, and you may object to processing. Write to privacy@argusmesh.app. We aim to respond within thirty days.
