Solo and indie builders

One-person teams shipping fast on modern platforms.

Indie builders carry the whole stack. The same person writes the code, picks the hosting, wires the database, ships the deploy and answers the support email. Security usually arrives as a guilt-inducing tab you keep open and never read. Argus is built for that life. Connect the platforms you already use, and the mesh handles the bits that need expertise you do not have time to acquire — finding the leaked Supabase key, the open Firebase rule, the dependency with a known exploit, the WordPress plugin two versions behind. The AI explains what to do in plain English and, when you let it, does the safe parts on your behalf. You stay in flow; the security catches up to where you are.

The reality on day zero

What you walk in carrying

No team, no budget, no time to read CVE feeds — but a real public surface that attackers do scan.

Three or four platforms in play (host, database, repo, CMS) and no single picture of what is exposed.

AI tools that throw scary warnings without telling you which two matter.

What changes on day one

The day-one outcome

A single mesh that maps every app, site and repo you ship across modern platforms.

AI triage that ranks findings by what is actually reachable and exploitable — not raw CVE severity.

Auto-Protect handles the safe responses (rate-limit a brute-forcer, rotate a leaked key) and asks before doing anything disruptive.

Tier fit

Where most solo and indie builders land

Free or Scan ($9/mo). Free covers continuous discovery and findings; Scan adds the AI triage and reachability gating most indie builders care about. See pricing →

Platforms in this fit

Where this audience tends to ship

GitHub

Continuous secret scanning, CVE mapping and supply-chain checks across every repository you connect.

Supabase

RLS, storage and exposed-key checks across the Supabase projects you ship — without a key in your dashboard.

Firebase

Project-wide rules, Storage and Hosting posture for every Firebase project you connect.

Replit

Project secret scanning and exposed-key checks for the way you actually build on Replit.

WordPress

Black-box scanner plus the Argus Sentinel agent — WordFence-parity protection with AI verdicts.

FAQ

Questions, answered

Do I need a security background to use Argus?
No. Argus is built for builders, not analysts. Findings are written in plain English with the fix attached, and AI does the routine triage so you only see the work that needs a human decision.
Which platforms should I connect first?
Whichever one holds your source code. From GitHub or Replit, Argus immediately finds leaked secrets, vulnerable dependencies and exposure-by-deploy. Add your host and database next.
Will Argus break anything in my running app?
External scans are passive — black-box HTTP requests that look like normal traffic. Any change to your app (a forced logout, a blocked IP, a rotated key) requires either your approval or an explicit Auto-Protect mode you turned on.
What if I cannot afford a paid plan yet?
The Free tier protects one target with daily scanning and findings. You can stay on Free as long as you need to. When you upgrade, your history comes with you.
Does Argus replace my existing tools?
For an indie builder, often yes — Argus rolls discovery, CVE tracking, secret detection, posture and response into one mesh. If you already use a single specialised tool, Argus complements it; the mesh is additive.

Argus for the way you ship.

One mesh. Pick the way in that fits — open Argus and connect a platform.
