These terms govern your use of Argus. They are written in plain English; the controlling document is held by Mind Hack, Inc. and available on request to legal@argusmesh.app.
A subscription to the Argus service for the plan you have purchased, with the features listed on /pricing for that plan as in effect on the date you subscribe.
Not to misuse the service (no reverse-engineering, no abuse of rate limits, no use against systems you do not own or are not authorised to test), to keep your credentials secure, and to be responsible for your users.
Plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. AI usage above your plan’s allowance is metered against prepaid credits; we do not auto-bill on usage. You can cancel anytime; cancellations take effect at the end of the billing period.
We commit to commercially reasonable efforts for availability. The /status page reports live system health. SLAs for Respond-tier customers are documented in the order form.
