How do AI credits work?
Each paid plan includes a monthly allowance of AI credits that power triage, enrichment, advisories and the response engine. Credits are prepaid — when the allowance runs low you top up in one click. If credits run out, AI features pause while your core scanning, monitoring and alerts keep running, so you're never billed for AI you didn't authorise.
What happens when my AI credits run out?
AI-powered steps pause cleanly — no surprise bill, no overage. Continuous scanning, posture monitoring, secret detection and alerting carry on unaffected. Top up your credits and the AI mesh resumes immediately.
Do unused credits roll over?
Your plan's monthly allowance is use-it-or-lose-it within the billing period. Credit top-ups you purchase separately roll over and never expire — you paid for them, so they stay yours.
Can I change plans or cancel?
Yes. Upgrade, downgrade or cancel anytime from your billing settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current period, and you keep access until then.
How is payment handled?
Securely through WooPayments — card payments are processed by Stripe's infrastructure. We never see or store your full card details.
